<Payment>

We work with Stripe accepting all major debit and credit cards and also accept PayNow. After we confirm your order, we will send PayNow QR code accordingly. We arrange shipment right after payment reaches our account. Payment must be received before your item will ship. If payment is not received within 3 days after the order, the order will be canceled without any notice.

<Local shipping>

All *available* orders will be shipped within 2-4 working days after receipt of payment via Singapore Registered Post or Ninjavan. All local shipping within Singapore is charged at a flat rate at S$6. For an urgent delivery, please reach out to us at contact@tsugujapan.com. 

All orders are packed with the greatest care.

<International shipping>

We're happy to ship overseas. Please feel free to contact us for a quote, but unfortunately tsugu is not responsible for custom fees and handling costs.

<Return policy> 

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition and packaging that you received it.
